Returns

You can return any product within 30 days of receipt. Please note that this return policy only applies if the returned items are complete, in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Packaging must not be opened or labeled. If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund once the return has been received by us. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. If we made a mistake, we will of course reimburse the return costs.

If your return complies with our return policy, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 30 days after receipt in our warehouse. By default, the refund is made via the original payment method unless another arrangement has been made.
